Vandemon has introduced the Diavel V4 to our Stealth exhaust catalogue in response to increasingly stringent global regulations and heightened public scrutiny. The entire exhaust system is constructed from lightweight, exotic Ti1 Titanium, reducing weight by 9.8kg. Additionally, we have incorporated a Bimodal variable muffler that allows you to switch between quiet operation and straight-through unrestricted exhaust, providing an unimpeded flow for maximum power and exceptional sound through four straight-through outlets. This exhaust system replaces the OEM steel mufflers, resulting in significant weight reduction and eliminating heat stress for riders in summer caused by heat emanating from the exhaust when stationary. 

Tuning 

Custom tuning is required as we do not provide a tune with our exhaust systems. You will need to employ a technician, preferably with a dynamometer, who will customize the tune for the open valve (loud mode), which will work fine in quiet (Stealth mode) also. Stealth mode should only be used when highway cruising or in suburban and city areas, at lower engine speeds and not when racing. The exhaust is designed to provide both performance and a quieter option, so the rider can choose between the two by pressing a button."

Appearance:
"The surface finish is a natural brushed finish. When heated, it changes to an iridescent blue and red. Titanium has an advantage over stainless steel because it won't stain, corrode, or ever need polishing. This is due to Titanium's high acid and salt resistance, which also allows it to dissipate heat twice as fast as steel. This further safeguards against extended heat soak into body panels when stationary."

Manufacture:
We at Vandemon utilize a unique welding process that fully penetrates and creates an ultrasonically perfect connection at all joints with a distinct flush finish.

Tuning:

Custom tuning is recommended for the best results and to prevent a lean A/F ratio.

 IMPORTANT! Vandemon Exhaust systems are designed for performance and modest sound improvements. We at Vandemon do not try to meet noise emission standards because the results would be no different from what your OEM exhaust can already achieve. Check with your country's governing body regarding noise emission standards, rules, and regulations.

For US customers, we offer 3 shipping options:

• Free shipping for orders over $69. This shipping option takes 5-8 business days.
• Economy for small orders (less than 1lbs) $6.99
• This shipping option takes 5-8 business days. 
• Standard shipping (FedEx / UPS) for all orders $9.99 
• This shipping option takes 1-5 business days. 

*Most Arrow exhausts  ship directly from Italian warehouse!

It typically arrives at our store within 1-2 weeks, and then we'll ship it out to you right away!

*Most of M4 and Empire exhausts Due to high volume of sales, lead time could be up to 5-20 business days before shipping.

We are currently unable to offer   overnight or 2-day guaranteed shipping .

This is because the warehouses of most of our suppliers only ship Ground.

Orders placed before 11am CST are typically will send the same day. 

Most orders placed after that time are will send the following business days.

FREE STANDARD SHIPPING  on orders over $69 is available in all US lower 48 states, APO addresses, and Puerto Rico via USPS or UPS.  (*Exceptions apply for Alaska and Hawaii.)

Free standard shipping means we will select an option that gets you your parts as soon as possible while still being economically priced.

About pre-orders:

When you order  PRE-ORDER it  means that you can purchase it before the official release date and then, you just wait for the shipping Usually pre-orders takes from 1-6 weeks depending the brand and the product.

WE SHIP WORLDWIDE Shipping rates outside the US are based upon destination and weight. 

Canada ,European Union and Puerto Rico Fast shipping with DHL Prepaid Customs/Taxes (DDP)

For these items, we offer Large Truck Load (LTL) freight shipping.
